German BMW Factory Test Driver Crashes Prototype 3-Series
As if crashing your brand new car, fresh off of the showroom floor is heart breaking enough. How about crashing a Prototype BMW 3-Series? More than painful, a 45-year old test driver for a German BMW factory lost his life during a test drive of BMW’s best selling vehicle. Sources say that while speeding on the highway the test driver attempted to a avoid colliding with one truck by swerving; but in the process hit another truck. The driver was subsequently killed in the accident.
Definitely not something you want to see if you are a BMW enthusiast, or fan boy for that matter! So much for being the “Ultimate Driving Experience”, maybe the new slogan should be “The Last Drive Of Your Life”! No reports have been released on how fast the driver was going, but maybe BMW should consider making their “safe cars” a little more safer!

now we all know that the bimmers are safe tawann, but he was probably going at a very high speed well over 80mph. As for that matter , the test driver looks like he went under the back of the truck! I highly doubt that anyone wouldve made it out alive my brother. So you cant say BMW should focus on makinig there cars alot more safer,when they have about 200 litlle computers on the car as well as 8 airbags. Starting with front ,to side curtains. Even sideseat airbagsand passanger restraints . its damn near the safest if not one of the safest cars in the world! that people can walk away from an accident.
