Chanel Paris/Bombay Collection
Check out these two looks from Chanel.
Here’s another look at the upcoming Boy bags from the Pre-Fall 2012 Métiers d’Art Boy Paris-Bombay collection, which features intricate detailing either on the front flap (or on the extra-long strap) which is covered with all manner of embroidered beads and flowers.
Chanel’s showcase of master craftsmanship at its best, the artisanal crafts of embroidery, leather work, featherwork, boot‐making, millinery, gold and silversmithery are represented by seven ateliers under the brand, Lesage, Montex, Desrues, Lemarié, Massaro, Michel and Goossens, all of which came together in creating this collection, which Karl Lagerfeld refers to as the ‘the Parisian version of an India that doesn’t exist’.
