Clerc Hydroscaph Central Chronograph Steel Watch
How about something like this for a bold first impression?
Here’s a new model unveiled this week by Clerc Geneve — the Hydroscaph Steel Central Chronograph, in a limited edition of 500 pieces in choice of metals (with or without DLC finish). Perpetuelle regulars are already familiar with the Hydroscaph and its unique (“square in circle”), highly complex case (103 parts) that makes it one of the most exceptional dive watches on the market today. This particular model represents a modest extension of the Hydroscaph Central Chronograph lineup, following the very colorful Clerc Clockwork Orange (Feb 2011) and before that the Hydroscaphe Central Chronograph in a beautiful blend of black and orange (March 2011). See below for an explanation of how the central chronograph works and the other dial functions. No doubt that Gerald Clerc clearly has a winner on his hands here with the Hydroscaph Central Chronograph series.
